Chocolate Donut Holes rolled in powdered sugar make a delicious breakfast or after school treat! Perfect homemade donut holes are ready in just 30 minutes and pair perfectly with a cup of coffee or cold glass of milk.
For the donuts, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Add in eggs, milk, vanilla and butter. Beat for 2-3 minutes.
Spray mini muffin pan with baking spray. Fill each muffin cup about 1/2 full and bake in a 325 degree oven for about 7-9 minutes.
Remove and cool in pan about 10 minutes, then cool completely on wire rack.
When cool, dip each donut into the melted butter and roll in powdered sugar. Eat and enjoy!

Store any donut holes you don't eat right away in an airtight container at room temperature.
These donut holes taste best fresh. Try to enjoy all of them the same day they're baked for best flavor and texture.
Make clean up easier by placing a sheet of parchment paper under the plate of powdered sugar to catch the excess.
